Colette and Michelle, both born in Colombia, made a significant decision to leave their demanding jobs when they started their families. They recognized the importance of spending more time with their children and wanted to create a lifestyle that allowed them to do so. This led them to establish By Lilla, initially as a side job, which also allowed them to stay productive and engaged.
Understanding firsthand the challenges of balancing family, work, and home responsibilities, Colette and Michelle saw an opportunity to address a specific need. They developed the bracelet hair tie, a product that seamlessly combined functionality and fashion. This innovative accessory served as a bridge between the practicality of a hair tie and the style of a bracelet, allowing women to effortlessly switch between the two.
